Do you know what to say when you meet new people? Listen out for useful language for meeting new people. Then, we'll practise saying the new phrases – after this.

I'm sorry to hear you're having problems with the sound on our videos. I've checked the video on this page and on the other two pages you flagged and the sound is working correctly, so it is most likely a problem at your end and there's nothing we can do here.
It could be a hardware or a software issue. To check the former, please try accessing the site on a different device, ideally a non-mobile device like a desktop or laptop computer. If the sound works on a new device then we will know that it was a compatibility issue. The alternative is that there is a software problem. You can check your settings to see if they are blocking certain content, such as audio or multimedia content, and also try using a different browser to access the page to see if that helps.
