Ana: Hi! I'm Ana. Welcome to What to Say!
Do you know what to say when you agree and disagree? Listen out for useful language for agreeing and disagreeing. Then, we'll practise saying the new phrases – after this.
Paul: So?
Emir: I'm not convinced by that idea.
Paul: Why?
Emir: Well, this design is just too simple.
Paul: It's not simple, it's minimal. Plus, it's what the client asked for.
Emir: I'm not so sure. Look … Look at these designs here. I think this is the style that the client wants.
Paul: Hmmm … I think I disagree. They said they wanted it clean and minimal.
Emir: These designs are clean and minimal.
Paul: Look, don't get me wrong, Emir. I like them, but I don't think they fit the brief. For example, here, there's just a bit too much going on.
Emir: OK, I see what you mean, but without all the colour, it would look a bit … empty.
Paul: True. OK, how about taking that and that away? So it still looks interesting, but less busy.
Emir: OK … maybe you've got a point there. Actually, that has given me an idea.

Emir: So we remove the blue. I think that creates a nice balance.
Paul: Yeah, yeah. I think you're right. Changing the circles helped too.
Emir: I agree. So we're happy with this now?
Paul: Yes, definitely.
Emir: So it looks like we can agree!
Paul: Occasionally.
Ana: Hello again! I'm pleased that Paul and Emir agreed with each other in the end. So, did you notice the useful phrases used for agreeing and disagreeing? Listen to me and then repeat.

Today,I had a long conversation with my friend about what's going on in the world lately, we have a lot of different opinions, so we disagreed a lot, but had a good points to prove to each other.
in the end, I wan convinced with some of he said.
I don't remember very well, but something what went through my mind right now is the last time I disscus with other person because she dind't might being late. She said that it doesn't matters and of course I disagree of that point of view.

I will try to use the new phrases, of course, I agree and sometimes disagree with many, but I used to use limited phrases. It was a month ago when I argued with my partner about our situation, as each of us is living in a different country, but in the end, we tried to find a solution.
I was not convinced by the opinions of my friend 2 weeks ago. She didn't think that AI would take effect too much on professional visual design or filming, such as printing designs, emotional videos... and she didn't want to spend time to learn to use AI even the new design platform with AI like canva, capcut... I was telling her AI was a tool, it would be developed more and would be strong for those who could use it wisely
I'm not agree with my mum never. I think that she hates me. She always criticizes me. For example, I gained weight. Althought I started to lose, she says that I am still gain weight.
I'm not sure that means your mother doesn't love you. Maybe she's just afraid about your willpower.
I disagreed with my friend two days ago. We were planning a trip, and I wanted to go the mountains, but she preferred the beach. At first, we didn't agree, but then we talked and decided to do both.
Actually it was yesterday evening a few days ago Mom and I wanted to change the curtains we already had in our house we agreed on everything the color ,the design and the size. everything was okay yesterday Mom and I went to the caurtain's shop to get the new caurtains and we were surprised by a different color not that one we had chosen before.To me it looked nicer more comfortable and more elegant I think it was better than that one we had chosen before. My mom was upset, she got nervous.
We usually don't agree on a lot of things but this time I managed to convince her by the new color and finally we agreed on the same thing.
