Hello every one. I'm from vietnam. I usualy wake up at 5 am. I brush my teeths, wash my face. I do yoga in order to full of energy for new day about 30 mins. after do yoga, i have breakfast. I put on shirt and trouser. I go yo work at 6.30 am.
