Tips
- When writing an email to a hotel, you can start with Hello or Dear (hotel name).
- Say clearly the dates you want, the room type and whether you want breakfast or not.
- Don't forget to mention any additional information or special requests.
- Ask them to confirm your booking. Give them your phone number if you prefer to be contacted that way.

could i have a quite room with a view?
Despite a room with bath, my requests depend on the duration of a stay in hotel: for example, in case of only one day, I don't demand a room with a beautiful view, but, if the stay happens in the summer, I require an air-conditioner.
What things do you ask for when you book a hotel room?
When I reserve a hotel room, I need to ask about check-in and check-out times, wi-fi, breakfast, air conditioning, TV, refrigerator and so on.
I haven´t book an hotel before, but I think I would like to have a service with wifi and breakfast included. Also I would bring my sister with me so, I´d book a double room.
