Subject: Booking 2 nights next week
Dear Ascot Hotel,
I would like to reserve an accessible single room for two nights with breakfast on the 22 and 23 of April. Could I have a quiet room with a view if possible, please?
I will arrive at about 10 p.m. and I have an early meeting the next morning, so please could you leave an iron and ironing board in the room?
I have a promotional code (MH2219). Please can you confirm that it is £80 per night with breakfast included?
Please could you confirm the booking? Let me know if you need any further information.
Many thanks.
With kind regards,
David Mathews
Tips
- When writing an email to a hotel, you can start with Hello or Dear (hotel name).
- Say clearly the dates you want, the room type and whether you want breakfast or not.
- Don't forget to mention any additional information or special requests.
- Ask them to confirm your booking. Give them your phone number if you prefer to be contacted that way.
I don't know! I never booked a hotel before but I would definitely like to book a room with a view and breakfast. Also, i want to have free WI-FI in my room.
i'm always seeking for good view, quite room, good food and comfort bed
When I book a hotel room I would like a no smoking, quiet with a view.
I ask if the services include a breakfast, lunch or a dinner, transport options and also the distance to the downtown and
I would like to ask for free wi-fi and parking when I book a hotel. Sometimes I would also ask for extra bath towels.
When I book a hotel room, I ask them to arrange attached kitchen and bath room.
The things I ask for when I book a hotel room is a room with a nice or a beautiful view of the sea or the garden, a room with Wi-fi, a room with an iron and also a room with breakfast included.
Price, wi-fi and breakfast.
To be honest, I don't have any experience staying in the hotel. When I travel I just stay one of the monestry in that town. It's cheap and we stay many people. But we don't have to request breakfast or dinner, we just donate some money to that monestry as a donation.
When I want to book a hotel room I usually ask about price. I usually ask to have a room with a view when I stay for a long time, otherwise the view is not important when I want to stay just for one or two days. I always ask about their restaurant, if they have I ask about food prices. I always ask them to confirm my reservation because I don't want to face any problems later.
