No, I usually don't complain because I'm shy when people look at me. But my mom and dad usually complain when they get bad service.

I complain when I feel really really mad and I usually don't say kindness things, quite the opposite sometimes I'm rude, I think it's better express what you feel in the right time without hurt any feelings and don't stay with a bittersweet taste for don't saying what you need to say.

It depends on the service, If I go to a store to get some clothes or something that I need and get bad service by the dependent I don't use to complain but If that happens in a restaurant or at some kind of entertainment service I use to complain because you are paying to get a good experience and they're getting paid to do it well, in general people in my country don't use to complain when thy get bad services tough. But I believe the only way to improve a service or a product is telling the people offering it what bad things you found on it, so they get the arguments to change it to make it better than before.

if i get bad serves in any place i complain, but i don't visit it again, and i say that for family and friends.

Actually I have to make complain when they don't reponse for notice . Sometimes I do that during nervous situation . Usually we have to do that to improve treatment and also to avoid that happen again

Complain in differents situation is very important for your social development I think. So parents must teach there childs how express their feelings to another person, for example how talk with another person about something that's annoying for them. In that way when you are an adults you can complain when you feel that is necessary.
I do complain always when in a shop or restaurant give to me something wrong or that I haven't ask. For example I can't eat avocado, so when a waiter bring me my sandwich I alway check it is OK my request

I'am stunned you're using pretty good words in your comment and it's children not childs and do you have alergy from avocado?

As for me, i complain if I receive bad service because it's of value which is to be paid for.

Yes. I agree. Because, we aren't the same everyone has ways of reacting to a circumstance.

As a company that builds customer service software, we're sensitive to bad customer feedback.

Do you complain when you get bad service?Well,Not really.I just don't go back to the restaurant or any place that they don't do a good job.
I just let it go.
