Sorry... Let me continue to say about my problem...
When I click on "download transcript only", another tab is opened and there's "FoxitReaderOCX.ocx failed to load". I don't know what to do.

Hi Hun Tun Oo

Dear freind
iam very happy for these courses ileran much thanks for your programe
best regards

good afternoon , I'm very happy to find this site and be a member,it will really help me yo learn english .
I've listened for the first section and I want to know the meaning of the expression used by tess:
"don't push your luck"
I have another question please . what does mean the "s" in "doctor's"
I'm not sure if this is the right place where I must write my question,so excuse me .

Hello. I will try to explain the meaning of those expressions.
Tess says 'Don`t push your luck!' which means Don`t take advantage of the situation!'. For example, Tess offers to help Ravi , but then he pretends that his leg is so sore that he can`t walk to take some water, so he takes advantage of the situation by trying to use Tess.
The 's' from  'doctor`s' is often use by the British people as a shortcut of the word. The entire expression is 'doctor`s center' or 'doctor`s place'.

I never complain on the site about bad quality services. I always do it in a letter/e-mail, after. I think that way is more serious and the management structure will know the issue, which is important.
Carolina, you should consider yourself lucky that they just trimmed your hair! My hair needs trimming too righ now, but I don't like to go to the hairdresser's at all!

My reaction depends on the situation. Sometimes people are victims of yield requirements. I try to be polite even if feel decived ! But I can't tolerate rude or provacative attitude. So I complain when I get bad service only when I think it is due to the staff's behaviour.

I think that this exercice is not very hard.
