I think that "British Council" plays a very important role in teaching English language.

I think English is the most important language in today´s world because is the language of the science, bussines, and travel sites. I´d like to go to UK to study this beautiful language.
I think study English in a speaking English-country is more effective, fun and fast, because you have to speak all the time in English while you learn about other way of life, and other culture.
I´d like to study English in London.

Is there difference between "It’s used in education" and "It’s using in education"?

Hi nopainnogain,

"It's used in education" (1) is grammatically correct, whereas "It's using in education" (2) is not. Perhaps you mean "It's being used in education" (3) instead of (2)?

Both (1) and (3) are sentences in the passive voice - see our page on active and passive voice for an explanation of this. And if anything's not clear, please don't hesitate to ask us again.

I have just watched part2 English is Great and I wonder, why Martin used this  -Martin: Well, yes, there are lots of different types. There's different accents of English.- Why there is different accents? Not there are? Please, help.

Hello veresk,
This is a non-standard use of English which is actually quite common in colloquial speech.  Strictly, the form should be 'there are different accents', as you suggest.  However, most people are not quite perfect in their speech and the odd form like this occurs.  I'm sure it's the same in your language too.
Well spotted!

how can i test may english levale?

Hi zangaria salma,
At this point, we don't have an online placement test, but we are planning to get one, so please check LearnEnglish again in the future.
You might want to see if there's a British Council centre near you on the British Council India website. They might be able to help you there.
Best wishes -
