Hello halil!
Sorry to hear you're having problems. Users in Turkey don't usually have any issues with our videos. So I can help you, could you answer these questions?

  • Which web browser are you using? (Firefox, Internet Explorer...?)
  • What computer or phone are you using?
  • What do you see where the videos and tasks should appear? Nothing, or is there a message?
  • Have you tried any other web pages on LearnEnglish? Try this video about Shakespeare - and tell me what you can see.
  • Do you still have the same problem if you use a different computer?

Let's see if we can sort out your issue!

i dont understand what the boy is saying ...what should i do improve m listing ability ,

I don't understand what he is saying, too.

wow now i know the meaning of rsvp although i dnt know what he meant by prior engagement

Hello madam boss!
Remember we have a dictionary on the site! There's a search box for Cambridge Dictionaries Online at the right of the page. Use that, and you'll see prior (adj) - earlier - and the definition gives you an example:

They had to refuse the dinner invitation because of a prior engagement (= something already planned for that time).
Hope that helps - and don't forget the dictionary!
