I'd like to listen to improve my English Language, but sometimes i really face some challenges with colloquial expressions,

I agree with songs in English preference. I prefer songs in English.

I like Arabic old songs, but I still like listening to foreign songs too!
I enjoy any beautiful song that has good lyrics.

I prefer songs in my language, becouse this way I can sing easily. Also songs in my language don't interrupt me while I am doing something like study or read, whereas other languages draw my attention and distract to me.
Similar to voice 5, I hear music in English language too and I learn differents words or even differents ritms.
But the most awful thing is songs whit two or more language within, it sounds terrible!

Personally, I prefer listening to Arabic music one reason behind that is I under stand all the words. In the other hand, listening to English music can be helpful if you want to improve you language.

i don't care if the song is in Arabic or English or any other language when its good and chilling

I prefer the Arabic songs to English due it’s my mother language and I don’t think
The English songs could support me in learning English because it’s rich with the slang accents .

I love all kinds of music. I think music is the language of the world and for the songs I prefer is English songs but I like to hear all the other languages.

From a listener's point of view, one might think that songs of their native language are more easy to relate with.

Hello,

Yes, mostly i prefer my own language songs but often i hear English songs to develop my language skills such as vocabulary, synonyms it would be a great choice to learn variety of English words from the songs specially from the Jazz, Pop where i always enjoy the background music.

Finally, i may admit own language is all time best but for improving English yes no doubt to hear songs in same language.
