I like to watch programs about animals, travels.
Sometimes I like to watch different show with famous people. My favorite program is " CLUB of merry and resourceful" and Voice. I hate to watch reality show and program - gossips about famous people. Also i don't watch soap operas.

Hi, I'm Alessandra and I'm rom Brazil. I would like to tell you about the Easter here in my country. The Easter is the day when we, christians, celebrate the death and resurrection of Jesus. It happens once a year in te end of March or early April.
Christians people usually pratice the Holy Communion in this time of the year. It consists in a foot washing ceremony, like a way to remind what Jesus taught us: surve one anoher humbly. After this, we consume unleavened bread and unfermented grape juice symbolizing the body and blood of Christ who have died and raised for all of us.
However, there is a habit very popular among the brazilian people. It's buy at supermarkets or make yourself the famous chocolate eggs and give them to your relatives and friends. The chocolate eggs might be big or small, expensive or affordable, or anything we want, but something is right: they are always packed in beautiful metallics colorful papers and thay're awesome and delicious, of course!

Hello ABDO 2015,

Thank you for your comment. However, we do not correct comments for users. With so many users it is simply not possible for us to do so. We do read all the comments, however, and I know what you mean when you talk about how important a good presenter is to the shows we watch.

I haven`t got a TV set.I threw it out more than ten years ago. The device ( is it a right word, I wonder) was OK but there was nothing to watch. Absolutely stupid talk show, reality show and soap operas with untold number of advertisement. I couldn`t stand it. Since then I have watched what I want on internet, it makes me free and calm. I like programs about nature, I like films and I like your website as well. Thank you all so much!

Hi, I have a doubt.
I'm at home, in reading.
In reading means I'm reading a book??

Hello YungJin Seo,

I'm afraid that is not a correct sentence. You could say:

I'm at home, reading.

or

I'm at home, I'm reading.

Best wishes,

Peter

Carolina says "I don't understand" in the pub. I heard phrases like "I don't understand" or "Do you understand me?" sound not very polite for english native speakers. Is it true?
