When I get a bad service in a shop or restaurant that I don't complain or do something like make a noise or angry. I just dislike and never come back there, besides I'll tell to my friends about there in order to they don't go there. In case, I get a very very bad service that I think maybe I'll comment on my log or facebook about this problem for everybody know and avoid any problem same me again. Tks.

Could anyone tell me how to read the scripts? thanks a lot.

Hi angel.of_W,
If you look just above the games (where the first tab says "While you listen"), you should see the words Instructions & downloads. When you click on those words, you should see three different pdf files that you can download. The first one and the third one include the transcript.
If you still have trouble finding it, please let us know!

Hello everebody, I agree enterely with abbask370. Complain is a right, when
it´s necessary you have to exercise your rigth, but you have to be polite.

hello, would you explain the sentence "don't push your luck"? i really don't get it. Thanks a lot.

Hi hongnhung,

We use the phrase 'don't push your luck' when a person has something good, but wants more.  Although we use it to talk about success or good fortune rather than food, it means something like 'don't be too greedy'.  For example:

Could you help me carry this?

Er... well, I'm a bit busy but OK, I'll help.

Thanks.  And after that could you help me with one or two other things?

Hey, don't push your luck!  I've got other things to do, you know!

I hope that helps to clarify it for you.

Best wishes,

Hi there , Don't push your luck means Don't lose what you have just gained ,as Tess offered him to give him a lift to the doctor's after finishing their podcast and after a while he asked her for a glass of water , he is of course joking so she told him that not to do something that may result in losing what he has to have. I hope that clarify it for you. Another Example
Ali: can you give me a lift Sally?
Sally: sure .where are you going?
Ali: I have a party tonight and my car is broken .Can you return me back after 12 ?
Sally:Don't push you luck . it will be too late for me to come , you could take a taxi
I hope it helps to clarify it for you. you could also use the dictionary in the right corner to look up any word you don't understand.
Best wishes

me too  I don't understand what it means?

everything is useful to me
