Hi , this is my first comment for me here ... I want to say that this website is pretty amazing , I've just studied Episode 6 (Series 2) ... thanks very much ... I want to be an active member here by giving my opinion and things ... thanks again

When i get bad service, I usually complain, but I just say it to my friends or my family but i complain with the company I never complain to another people, like for example if I'm a my friends house and I don't have service, what i usually say is that this service is the worst but that's it nothing more

I never complain when i have bad service, just not going to same place anymore.

hi everyone.complaining about things,let me put in my two cents.
 
when i get a bad service .i usually complain but in a good manner.i have seen many people complaining about bad service in a very rude way.and that's not good.it will only make the situation worse.if u complain to someone about their bad service politely by using words like please and thank u.for instance if your internet connection has got a problem and they say they can fix it but u r used to their lies then u can simply say well,i am not in need of internet connection anymore.please come tomorrow and cut off the supply .i would be very greatful.it will make them feel obliged to come on time and do their work.they will not argue with u any further .they will just do what u say.
it's difficult for many people to complain in this manner ,though.but it's always helpful and it prevents argument .i believe if a problem can be solved by saying nice words then,what's the point of getting aggressive .
and we should always complain about bad service because if we don't then how will they get to know their service is not perfect .

Hello, this message is for the British Council staff; I listened the first series and I didn't have problem , but in  the second series I listened a lot of noises at the beginning of each episode. Could it be depend on my computer ? or not? Can I have a answer , please? Thank you in advance

I have same problem like you. in the first series there's no problem at all.. when i wanna hear the second series there's noises in the podcast. i thought that was from my computer, but i havent problem if i listen another song or ect. So, I hope british council admin will fix it.. thank you :)

I complain when I bought something that is past it self-by date of course.First because I don't see it and second because it was on the self.
sorry but my English isn't good...

the reason I like Zaha Hadid is that she is from Iraq but she braved the rules and she studied. That means she loves her job and she's a campaigner.
