Hi all,
I think the biggest problems facing humanity today is: global warming. So where is the cause from? Air pollution, fuels, gas,...The bad habits of everybody has impacted, influenced to habitat, ecosystem, and atmosphere. The global warming problems will lead to phenomenon El- nino. It can be make farmer was lost their harvest, weather and temperature changes an unusually and harmful to humans. Besides, we are facing one more other problem the wild animal were hunted, for example: hunting Rhino for their horns, or African elephants are hunted for their tusks.
At the present, William - British Prince is calling everyone protect them by through the project" United for wildlife" in London, UK. Specially, Thu Minh Diva is one of the best famous singer from Vietnam has invited in London by British Prince so that attend for this opening ceremony this project.
Facing to the risk of extinction to wild animals, I supposed we need to real act, join in and calling everyone protect them from hunters. Do you agree with me???

Le Nhung

Hello Everyone,

Today I'm going to about beaches, islands in Vietnam. Because I'm a person very love beach even though my home town is not from beach regions, my country has three regions: the North, the middle, the South. Total have sixty- three provinces and cities, fifty- four ethnic groups are living in Vietnam. I like beach so much, consequently I want to recommend to everyone some famous beach scenic as in the North : Ha Long Bay, Co To island, Do Son beach.
Sam Son beach, Cua Lo, Cua Dai beach, Da Nang beach, Nha Trang beach in the middle of Vietnam. In the South: Vung Tau , Ha Tien.. special is Phu Quoc island, it is also called by other name Pearl island with many beautiful beaches.
And more especially in my country also have well known for Paracel islands, Spratly islands or it's name in Vietnamese : Hoang Sa Islands, Truong Sa islands It's in the East Sea of Vietnam in 17th century belong to Quang Ngai province, including 16 islands difference. I don't know exact how many people lived in there in the past, I think almost have noone lived at there before till in 2008, just only soilder islands, sometime has ship, boats fishing to here because distance too far from landward, daily living conditions is lack a lots of things, no electricity, foods, consumptions water, infrastructure, hospital, school, etc....
But now the government have supported and encouraged to citizen to settle down, plus policy priority for families live in islands.
In addition, the government are calling people in live landward trend to them and contributions so that help who living in islands will get living conditions better.

B. regards,

Le Nhung

Hi, Le Nhung. It's interesting to know about beaches and Island in your country. We also have many beautiful beaches and islands here in Indonesia. I like spending time on a beach. Just looking at the waves is running, feeling the wind blows, looking at the blue sky, playing the sands, seeing people with their activities on the beach, can make me feel relax and enjoy.

I lived in a village near some beaches when I was teen. I used to go to the beach very early in the morning at the weekend to enjoy fresh air there.

I hope I will be able to visit the paradise island in your country. It looks very beautiful.

Thanks for sharing, Le Nhung.

Regards,
Dewi

Hi, I just quitted my job and started job-hunting. Instead of using the word of quit, which word should I say to the potential employer at the time of interview? I left because...
Thank you heaps.
Rachael

Hi panda1997,

The verb leave, as you suggest, is a good option. You can also find others in a thesaurus (which is essentially a dictionary of synonyms and antonyms - there are free ones available on the internet if you search for "thesaurus").

Best wishes,

Hello again
I have a question about an exercise of the section of Tom the teacher!in this exercise you have to choose if the sentence is true or not and for this sentence "we'd rather pay by credit card than pay cash" they said that it's not correct and for me it was correct, so what is the correct form for this sentence and why?
Thanks in adv

Hello saranko,

Well spotted and thank you for bringing this to our attention.  It seems the wrong answer was entered into the exercise key.  The exercise has been edited and the correct answer added.
