I often say 'hello' with my friends. Sometimes I shake hands with men. With my foreigner friends, I bow and hug them.

Normally I just say hello. If that is my closed friend, I just say " hey". If that is just friends, I will say " hello". If that is my foreigner friends, I will give a hug to say hello.
