Hi i`m from Albania and i say hello to my friends by kissing them .

Hello everyone, It's good to have Tess and Ravi back. I also think that it was a good idea to shorten the elementary podcast series so that we can have something new every two weeks.

Hello Everybody;
In Spain we use "hello" a lot. If we haven't seen people for a long time we have a hug if he's a man or two kisses if she's a woman,  but if you want to be formal we shake hands.
Nowadays, among young people if very usual to give kisses each time that they meet.
See you.

I want to say sorry before I comment because Still I’m Lerner So sometimes I  will make some mistakes. If I make some mistakes on comment sorry about that.
I like your Elementary Podcast Because I learned lot of things form that So I hope that Continually .
I have to say lot of Ideas But Still I don’t know How can I Write it in English I think Some day I can Write it to you.

hi everyone! i'm Huyen from Vietnam

 Hello British Council,
 Well, to start with, thank you all for the podcast. Now, about greeting people. Here in Brazil and (as I think), in many other countries around the globe, there´s a great variety of ways to greet somebody, also we must call attention to a few important aspects like age. For example, at school where I study you see the students greeting each other in a hundred different ways yet as a whole, girls greet girls with a hug (if they are very good friends then there´ll be a kiss on check), if they don´t get along very well with each other they just say hi and when a girl greets a boy (once more, depending on how close they are), she hugs and gives a kiss on his check. Boys never kiss each other as greetings, we just shake hands and if you´re really good friends you may give a little and quick hug.
 In fact, we don´t shake hands, we slap each other´s hand as hard as we can to make noise. On the other hand, when I go to the church, it´s usual you greet men with a kiss on the check and shake hands with women.
 Once again, thank you very much British Council.
 Adilson Santos de proença!
