2. How you people are going along with party arrangment?
3.Hows arrangments going along?
4.What have you done for annualdinner so far?

You can find an explanation of question formation on our question forms page. The fourth sentence is the closest to being correct ('What have you done for the annual dinner so far?') – the others lack or have an incorrect auxiliary verb (e.g. question 1 needs 'are': 'How are the party arrangements coming along?').
