I'm crazy about shipping I spend almost all of my time shopping...I do all my shopping in the mall I think malls are the best because you can do some many things there not just shopping you can entertain for example you can listen to music while you are shopping you feel like an artist...about going shopping in London I think I'd like to go shopping in the Oxford Street they say it's really cool I have a friend who went there and she said it was lovely.

Hi every one
In my city there was very good street shops but now a days the shopping centres grows like mushrooms and the tradicional shops are dying . So we have the same brands everywhere.
I enjoyed this episode because I usually go to London twice a year and so I know all the places that were mentioned.
In London I like go shopping in the área of Convent Garden and Regent Street. I don't like Oxford Street because it was usually crowded. I didn't see yet the Christmas light but I love it ... may be this year, who Knows!
Have a good time

These days, I shop online often because shopping online is more convenient than ever before. In Tokyo, which is the capital of Japan, my orders are usually delivered within two or three days and I can choose more products than real shops. On the other hand, I love to go to shopping centres too because they hold various events and shows. I go there almost every weekend to refresh myself.

I am asking you about advice.... I have watched all the videos on this site....but I still not sure about if I talked to a british man will I be able to understand him because I have watched a video series called ...INBETWEENERS....you can Google for it and I found it too hard to perceive what are they saying..I almost thought they are not speaking English...does it need from anyone who wants to learn English to live in English environment... It is been seven months I listen to English videos every day here and on YouTube and watching English movies ..I really like English..... What is your tip???by the way the English in the video series I mentioned is too much slang and faster than any English I have ever heard here or in English movies

Hello ahmedjoker,

English has many accents and dialects, and of course some people speak very quickly or use slang a lot, so it can be very hard to understand at times. The only answer is to keep doing what you are doing: watch and listen to as much natural English as possible so you can familiarise yourself with different types of speech. In the past this was very hard, but with the internet now it is possible to find all sorts of different sources of English.

Keep going and you will find it easier!

Best wishes,

Peter

I don't like to stay in a place where are too many people. So, I don't like shoppings, mall or markets. Exception when I need some especific thing, then I go.
In my city in Brazil, almost every saturdays, me and my wife, go to the "feira livre", I think it is street market in English, it is not a fixed market, and the products, mainly fruits and vegetables, are very fresh, nice and cheap.

Hi, i'm aura from indonesia. i love shopping at shopping center and supermarket in my country , especially in my town . both of them are heaven for me . but sometimes i just "window shopping" - you know - like refresh your brain … mmm i think that's all for me now . i really love this program , keep success

hello teacher,
i don't understand the next sentence: "and have you been to any of place in London that Tess and Ravi talked about?"

in my knowledge, when we talk about some place, we use usually "where" in order replace, but why the clause-up, they used "that". the next question is how we use the verb "be to"?

Thank you for your attention.
