How can i download the video?
I could not see any of them. Why?

Hello shibashein!
Sorry to hear you're having problems watching the video. Unfortunately, users in Iran do have trouble watching some of our videos.
However, you should be able to see the video on this page. Underneath the main video and above the transcript, there is a link that says "Can't see video? Click here!" Could you try that link, and let me know if you can see the video OK?
As for downloads, unfortunately, the Word on the Street videos are not available for download for legal reasons. However, you can download some of our other materials, like our Elementary Podcasts. Just go to the page and click 'Downloads and materials'.

Hello, Everybody!
I have a question about a grammar in the second task, question 8.
Is it correct to say: "There's trains  every ten minutes..... "? Don't you think it should be "there are trains"? Since   a word "trains" is plural.
Thanks in advance.

Hello Danna,
I think same, is a mistake. Congratulations.

thank you

i suggest you should let the script roll at the bottom of the screen where u r showing the short film .. that keeps us from pausing scrolling down than scrolling up again and rewinding the film a few seconds .. than doing it again and again
thank you

Hi Soueidi,
Thanks for the idea, but I don't think we'll do this. We don't actually think it's so helpful for learners to read while they watch. The point of video is to practise listening, not reading!
It's better to watch the whole thing through without any text, then use the text to help with any really difficult parts.
Best wishes,
The LearnEnglish Team
