I watched it because my english teacher said to me. I realised she was right. We need it for a lesson hour. How can I download it? I really need it.

Hello Sarah,
Please see Jeremy's reply to curro below for the answer to your question.

Hi Jeremy I tried this one too in different browsers and have problem yet, Never mind about me because I think I am not a lucky man to see this videos due to living in IRAN.

Did you try both methods of watching the video (the normal method and clicking on 'Can't see this video')?
Best wishes,

Hi Dr Sanginabadi:
I live in Iranian and had problems the same as you. If I had your E-mail address I would tell you how to watch the videos! Jeremy, is that possible? sharing Emails?

How can I get Word on the street videos downloaded?

Hello curro!

I'm glad you like our materials enough to want to download them! Unfortunately, for copyright reasons, Word on the Street is not available for download. However, you can download some of our other materials, like our Elementary Podcasts. Just go to the page and click 'Downloads and materials'.
Enjoy the rest of the site!

Hi Jeremy Bee,
if the downloads is not available one buy it want? or it is also not available on sales?
Mazhar Ali

Hi Mazhar,
Word on the Street is a co-production between the British Council and the BBC. The BBC is working with broadcasters in many countries to show it on local TV stations. For example, in Turkey Word on the Street is broadcast on the TRT Okul channel.
You can't buy Word on the Street at the moment, but you could write to your local TV stations to ask them to make an agreement with the BBC to broadcast it.
Best wishes,
