Hello romib,

Is the dictionary still not working for you? I've just checked it now and it works for me. In any case, if you find the search box on our page doesn't work, you can also search at http://dictionary.cambridge.org/ .

Hi teacher, I don't understand the sentence "That has to be it there". My question is: "that" refers to "the farm" and "it" refers to the place that Stephen is pointing at on the map? It's really difficult!!
Thanks
Sonia

Hi ssoniacs,

The meaning is as follows:

That (on the map) has to be it (the farm) there (where he is pointing).

Best wishes,

Hello!
Thank you very much for your job. It's really helpfull!
Could you explain why Ashlie uses Futur Simple in this sentence: Ashlie: Why won't it start?

Hello Qwesa,

'won't' is often used to refuse to do something, or to say that someone has refused to do something. It's also sometimes used in this way with inanimate objects, especially when you're frustrated about the object's 'refusal' to work.

Hello
Thanks for your useful website , specially videos.....but the font(tasks) are too small....I get eye sore reading them.
Thanks again.

Hello omidabshenas,

You should be able to change the font size in your browser. Try the 'View' menu (it may have a different name, depending on the browser you are using) and you should see an option to do this.

Best wishes,

Peter

I can't see the tasks. Can you do anything please? Thank you very much

Hello lellablu,

Are you able to see the video? Both the video and the exercises are made with Flash. I'd recommend downloading and installing the latest version of the Adobe Flash player. That normally solves problems like this, but if not, please let us know.

Best wishes,
