Hi Elgun,

In this context, "treaters" is part of a lexical item that has three words: "trick or treaters". "trick or treaters" are the people, usually children, who go from house to house asking for sweets on Hallowe'en. In this video, the two children you see when Rob opens the door are trick or treaters.
