Hello Thierry,
Here is some more information about the Red Hand on the Culture Northern Ireland website.
Like many symbols in Northern Ireland, the red hand has political arguments around it, so you will find people with strong opinions about its significance.
Best wishes,

Cymraeg  is a dialect? The word isn't in the cambridge dictionary.

Hello Merida,
Cymraeg isn't in the dictionary because it's not an English word. It's the name of the Welsh language in Welsh. (In the same way that 'Português' is the Portuguese word for the Portuguese language.)
I hope that helps.
Best wishes,

Oh, Uk is great! Kiss to my beloved London ;) and thanks much for this great video!

thanks very much, i know many informatiom from to this video.

A fantastic episode about the UK.

Dear British Council,
I get an xml-configuration error when clicking on task 2. I don't know if this is either due to my notebook or to your server. It'll be very helpful if you can take a look at this issue since I'm not able to fix it.
Thanks for your kind reply,
Oscar

Dear Oscar,
Thanks for this information. This is a problem that we're trying very hard to solve. Can you let us know which web browser you are using and if the problem happens with other web browsers as well?
Best wishes,
Adam

Dear Adam,
I was using Internet Explorer 8 when the problem happened with task 2.
But if Mozilla Firefox 4.0.1is used, task and task 2 don't work as well. Only preparation and transcript are shown on the screen properly.
I must say that my computer skills are of a beginner.
Hoping to hear from you again,
Oscar

Dear Oscar,
Thanks for the information. I will share it with our technical team.
Can I ask a few more questions? Do you see the 'xml config' error in both Internet Explorer and Firefox? Also, which version of Windows are you using? (e.g. XP, Vista, Windows 7) Finally, do you have any other Internet software installed? For example, a download manager or an internet accelerator?
I know you are not a computer expert, so I'm sorry if these questions are difficult for you.
Best wishes,
Adam
