I think the best way to have a good time in the mountains is combine exercise and relaxation. For example, you can ride a bicycle for a while and then you can have a relaxing massage. Soon after, you can have lunch and take a nap later. The rest of the day you could visit the most interesting places before dinner and go to bed.

I want to congrats for what are you doing here !

It is really helpful.

Thanks !

I like outdoor activities. But, soft activities of course because we go with our kids.
Walking at the forest, play at the snow and swimming at the pool.
Sometimes, my wife and me go to relax at some spas, or rural hotel and so on.

Have a good day! ;)

Thanks Mr,Peter for your comment

hi teacher
I have a question . what does :" Go on you , get going " mean ?

Hi hamai1,

'Go on you, get going' is an informal and friendly (joking) way to tell someone it's time for them to go and do something. It's partly encouraging and partly has a sense of 'stop wasting time', but it is said with humour to friends.

Best wishes,

I like walking. i can walk 5-7 kilometers every day. Sometemes I run in the morning. I would like to ride a bike. Unfortunately I haven't it. As for indoor activities I prefer aqua aerobics in the swimming pool.

i prefer climbing the mountain. Difficult terrain obstructs the cycling
