Hello everyone! I have a question that I don't understand.
In Task2, question 3/8 the right answer is "those". In my opinion, I think the speaker who say this sentence may be standing near the trousers so I think it should use "these" instead "those", shouldn't it?
Thank you for your reply

Hello popurivieri!

It's an interesting question! However, the speaker can't be THAT near the trousers, because someone else is wearing them. We use these for things that we are wearing or which are very close to us, so if the speaker says "These trousers are mine!" listeners will assume the speaker is talking about their OWN trousers, not someone else's.
Hope that helps!

Thank you for this exercise.

Hello everyone,
I changed my Gmail' password and I can not log in BC. I have just created a new Gmail for making a new address on BC but it did not work because I can not enter right words on the Patcha or Catcha or...It took me 2 hours just doing it. And I was very disappoited
But, when I log in my Gmail address, I find a lot of messages from BC and u give me the easiest way to log in again. I am so happy, thank you very very much !!!
By the way, I worked as receptionist in hotel, but now I give up this job. I think it is very interesting job because u can communicate with many guest from all over the world with different countries but they also speak English
And I am very impressive with 2 guest from UK. They checked in around 10pm ( my shift will end at 10.15pm) I  was quite tired and sleepy at this time. But when I did check in for him, I was very happy, very surprised because one man has accent, pronunciation similar to Rob 100%. U know. I have studied in for nearly 1 years so Rob' pronunciation is very familiar to me. And the next day, I talked with his friend that your friend has exactly accent like my teacher. He said that is the typical accent from the North of England and he from Manchester city.
Rob, you also come from Manchester city, did not u?

Hello Ngan,
Thanks for your nice comment. I'm very glad you were able to talk to the guests in your old job. Rob is from the south of England and that's where his accent is from too. Accents are very hard to identify sometimes - the UK has a lot of them!
Best wishes,
