Dear Friend

I have a question for 3Boxes that made ''at the bottom'' of download section:
B1 , Grammer , Series1. - when I click each one , there is nothing in these boxes ....

Besides , I want to know ,that ''' at the bottom'' is correct in above sentence?!

Best Regards
Hootan

Hello Hootan,

The small boxes at the bottom of the page (under or below the Download section) are called 'tags'. You don't really need to use these; they are there to help people searching for topics using the Search box at the top of the page. For example, 'B1' is a tag that means 'low intermediate level' and if you search for 'B1' in our search box, it will show you all the pages at that level on LearnEnglish.

'at the bottom of' is used when you're talking about location inside an area. Since these tags are not inside the Download section, you should use either 'below' or 'under' instead. Since the tags are inside the page, though, it is correct to say 'at the bottom of the page'.

All the best,
Kirk

Hello i want to ask
do we said 'you look smart today ' for someone is wearing new thing ?or it's just to mean you look fantastic or beautiful?

Thank you

Hello taya89,

It's used to refer to how someone looks - their clothes, their hair etc. It doesn't have to be something new, however.

Best wishes,

Hi sir
"this melts my heart" i got the meaning of this sentence, but does this refer to happiness or sadness? And in which situation can i use this?
Thanks sir :)

Hello Moka 18,

This idiom indicates the intensity of an emotion more than its flavour. In other words, it shows that an emotion affects someone deeply, and the emotion can be happiness or sadness (or some other).

Best wishes,

I think that men's football play better than women's football, the football game need strength and technique that we didn't found in women's football. i had never interested to the women's football
