Reflection is a powerful tool used in various fields—education, healthcare, psychology, and personal development—to analyze experiences and improve future actions. Around the world, different cultures, professions, and traditions have unique ways of engaging in reflection.
The topic was really exciting as it paved way to discuss about my country and to explore other countries too. I've learnt some new vocabulary and phrases like pristine, ancient ruins. The language skills that I practiced through this session are writing and listening. I didn't face any challenging situation in this particular session. Step 1 seemed to be more interesting to me because I got to know more about different countries and felt like I was exploring the country myself.
