Hi dear teacher I m bignner here I want to improve my writing and speaking skills I try my best but I couldn't succeed When I try to write and speak the words do not come in my brain I confused shy and disheartened sometimes I think I can't achieve my goal long time I struggle but still at zero sometimes I think I stop learning language process I don't know what is the reason help me and guide me and guide me and give me some easy tips for improveing my writing and speaking skills please

Hello MuhammadSajjadms786,

We all feel sometimes that we are not making the progress we would like but I think it's important to focus on our successes as well as our problems. Your message here is clear and easy for me to understand - that's successful communication and certainly not 'at zero'!

The most important thing with learning a language is to use it. You can do this by yourself. I don't live in an English-speaking country and when I came here I did not speak the language at all so I had to learn it. One thing I did was talk to myself. All day I talked to myself in the new language, describing what  I was doing and verbalising my thoughts. At first I could only say very simple things but over time I began to look up new words I needed or check how to say something in terms of grammar and my range of language grew. The main benefit, however, was confidence and fluency. And when you feel more confident everything becomes easier.
