New technology, especially social networks such as Facebook, Watsup and so on have made it more easy to get in touch. Now we can leave a voice message or type our requests on Messengers of social network. Email is more formal, I think.

I haven’t left voicemail in English yet. but I make a phone call once in a while. I’d like to make a phone call as much as I need, but I’m always afraid about my speaking in English. I suppose, I can’t speak English fluently.
