I never made phone calls or left voicemail, but, I have already left text messages on WhatsApp or LinkedIn.

In my country we don't have the costume to left voicemails messages, actually we just call the person or send a personal message on their numbers or empresarial contacts.

The first time, I make a phone call is call my mom to ask something about food :D. Now I'm adult and work far from my hometown, I call my mom every day to ask: what does her do? Does her have dinner yet? Or Tell her my story. That is a simple thing i can do!

Forr the voicemail message, I ever do that because in my country everryone don't do that (Not sure)

Absolutely. I make phone calls and leave voicemail messages in English every day at work. This helps me stay in touch with my colleagues. It’s much easier than going to their offices, especially since we share many common tasks and need quick communication.
