Thanks a lot for this lesson, its very useful. I think that Marina speaks quickly.
I used to make phone calls in English when i try to practice speaking skills with my friends. Currently, I am spending most of time for work, therefore I am no longer making phone call in English. I have never left a voicemail in english before.
Nice
i don't make any a voicemail or phone call in english but i look forward to do this next time
No, I don't. But I have some friends who practice English with me via WhatsApp, and sometimes I have to send them voice messages, and it's a little bit embarrassing to make mistakes in front of them.
Yes. I ever leave a message and call them, it is easy to explain the product.
can anyone tell me why every sentence in the second task is present-simple?
we use present simple sentences in repetitive action.
Hello Pawan.99262,
It's actually a convention that we use present for questions like this or in puzzles or other games. Other forms are possible but less common and generally used only when we need to emphasise a particular part of the meaning (an action being unfinished, for example). We also use present simple when commentating on a sports match, for example.
