Of course, I made a voicemail many times. For example but not as limitation, In July, 2023. I tried to call the Canadian visa center in Algiers, ask them about the state of my visitor visa, because it's a long time I didn't get any updates about it on my account , but unfortunately anyone respond me, So I left the following voicemail:
[ Dear Embassador
My name is Hosam Yahia, My passport number is 099881234567, and my visa application number is adv$3246@#&3.
The last update of my visa application was in January,18,2023. Since this date I did not receive any updates.
I just need some information about it as soon as possible. Please call me back at 000000334555,or email me at Yahoo@gmail.com
Yours sincerely]

can anyone explaine ro me the different between
can - could
for example ..
can you help me
could you help me
what is the different ?

Hello muhammed7,

Both of those sentences are correct. The one with 'could' is a little more polite, but in informal situations 'can' is also just fine.

You can read a lot more about 'can' and 'could' on the following pages.

As you can see, we use both of these words a lot in English!

Please let us know if you have any more questions on any of those pages.

Best wishes,
Kirk
