Hello and good morning! Well, we're off to a good start in the south this week, as most of the rain from the weekend has disappeared – just a few patches of cloud and maybe some showers here on the east coast. They'll all clear up by lunchtime, though. Over the next day or so, London and the area around Kent can expect a couple of isolated showers, but mostly dry through until Thursday.
It's not such good news for the north-west this week, I'm afraid: more wet weather, and not a lot of sunshine. Some of today's showers will be heavy – and even thundery in Manchester and across the Pennines. Leeds will escape the thunderstorms, with drizzle and light rain only throughout the rest of the day and tonight.
Elsewhere it becomes dry today, but with some foggy patches towards Wales. In England, tomorrow morning will see a dry, bright start in most places, with high temperatures throughout the week. We might see one or two thunderstorms appearing as the week goes on, with temperatures everywhere at 29 to 30 degrees.
By the weekend, unfortunately, the dry weather will make way for mostly cloudy skies and rain. The rain will move from Scotland, down towards the north and reach the south coast by Saturday afternoon. Temperatures, at least, will stay mostly warm at around 21 degrees for the weekend. It might feel like a nice change from the high twenties and early thirties we'll see in the week. That's all from me until tomorrow. Enjoy the mini-heatwave while you can!
What kind of weather do you like best?
I enjoy both kind of weather, because is gladed to go out when is hot, drink some coconut water or a beer, and when its cold I prefer to stay in home with a warmer blanket and to drink hot chocolat!
I like cloudy and rainy wheater because sunny wheater makes me exhausted and also sweaty
So, it’s not a simple question in my life. On the weekend, I prefer dry weather, of course. When the weather is clear, we can go to restaurants, parks, bars, meet friends, etc.
During the week, I prefer rain, especially at night. It’s good for the city’s water reservoirs. But there are variations in these cases. When I don’t have money to spend on fun activities, I prefer rainy weather, even on the weekend.
On the other hand, we often have electricity problems when it rains. So it’s not always good when the rain comes.
I prefer cold weather to hot weather, especially when there is thunder, as I find it more exciting.
I love cloudy weather without rain, or sunny days in autumn. It’s cool but sunny, and for me, it’s the perfect weather.
I love rainy days for sure, but I also like sunny or snowy days a lot.🙂↕️☺️
I prefer a rainy weather when im not working, because it helps me to think and contemplate about things in life plus the the sounds of rain is really soothing to my ears,i also love the smells of natures when its raining.
I prefer no weather. So, than I can make it by meself. ;.)
I have been living in England for years but unfortunately I couldn’t get used to the rain. Gloomy weather makes me unhappy 😔 Even if the weather is cold, I always wish the sun was there ☀️ 😊
i really love snowy and icey weather becouse winter my lovely season moreover white snow help me feel convience and safety. andi i sometimes eat snows
