I used to go to a lot of classes ranging from singing classes to sports activities like badminton, karate, table tennis and taekwondo. But after entering my 11th grade, honestly I became more lazy and more focused on studies, so I completely stopped going to classes outside my work.
Actually i don't attend to any class, but i go workout 4 times a week
I have been taken once yoga class in my whole life, I mean, it's pretty difficult to keep the correct position, breath and at the same time to have quite thoughts, I'm not a regular yoga's practice but I feel this kind of exercise can be used for getting more conscious, believe and improve our healthy lifestyle.
I'm Tuan from Viet Nam. I used to join the morning yoga class for 7 years. In my opinion yoga is one of the good excersise for every people. After 7 years practiced yoga I feel my health improving well.
Now I've just join the gym center to challenge. I hope it' s helpful for me.

Yes I do, I'm currently taking Language Class. I signed up for the intermediate level class. It starts at 10am-12pm every Monday and Thursday, Class is held at Welfare Center so its free of charge. So far so good,I've learned a lot. I have so much fun getting along with new people with the same struggle as me. Being a migrant in a foreign country where there's a language barrier can be really tough. So I'm glad to be able to join this class. I'm certainly going to make the best out of it!!

I didn't took any yoga or meditation classes outside before. I start meditating just a couple of days ago. It really helps me to calm my body and mind. This is a highly effective strategy come from the ancient culture. When I do meditation I just play a soothing music from YouTube then make my eyes off & stop thinking anything others and feel the music. By doing this everyday for 15 minutes, I can see tremendous changing inside me. I think, we all should practice this everyday and make this as a regular habit.
