well, I don't do any classes outside of my work,but if we say that could be a mini hobby,I do that. In my leisure time I often spend my time doing meditation and cycling. Both dilute my overall stress and help me scatter negative emotions. I especially cycling promptly because I very love adrenaline. Repercussions of these activities are absolutely fascinating.
I think yoga classes are beneficial and essential especially for adults. These classes help us to be more concentrated and make our minds even more tranquil. Unfortunately, there are no such classes in my country, Iraq, so it would be better to practice this activity at home.

definitely after work at half past six in the evening, i back to home, prepare my self to take some workout in the room or go to the gym, I usually take exercise it's around 1 to 2 hours until I can't take the weight.
