Reading text

Hi Samia,

Just a quick email to say that sounds like a great idea. Saturday is better for me because I'm meeting my parents on Sunday. So if that's still good for you, why don't you come here? Then you can see the new flat and all the work we've done on the kitchen since we moved in. We can eat at home and then go for a walk in the afternoon. It's going to be so good to catch up finally. I want to hear all about your new job!

Our address is 52 Charles Road, but it's a bit difficult to find because the house numbers are really strange here. If you turn left at the post office and keep going past the big white house on Charles Road, there's a small side street behind it with the houses 50–56 in. Don't ask me why the side street doesn't have a different name! But call me if you get lost and I'll come and get you.

Let me know if there's anything you do/don't like to eat. Really looking forward to seeing you!

See you soon!

Dear Zaraki ,

Just a quick email to you about we are planning to go Pataya beach on coming holidays. Most of our colleagues from last job will join on that trip and I would like you to join as well . It has been long time that we don't meet each other since after I left this job .

As you know , Pataya beach is one of the most famous and beautiful beach in the world . We can reach there by car or plane . I would like you to choose which one you prefer while other people prefer by plane in order to save the time of transport.

Let me know if you want to get more detail about the trip.
See you soon!

Usually, I make plans with friends via the Telegram and Discord apps. Sometimes we use phone calls, where we can discuss our plans in more detail. Nowadays, email is typically used in more professional areas.

I usualy used the what's app, that is very common used by everyone in Brazil. It's easy and you get answer very fast if the people are online.

We usually use a messenger to make plans with my friends. Occasionally, it could also be a call. But I don't like calls much, so I prefer texting.

Normally, I use social networks like Messenger, Zalo, and Instagram to make plans with friends. Email is used to send formal information or receive notifications.
