interesting topic, good.
I'll attend the " Leading in uncertain times with Omar Abboud" because I think that a leader has to show confidence for rest of the team even in uncertain times. In good moments everyone does a great job and like to show working hard ethic but when uncertain times come, there is one person who isn't hidden and that person is the leader, he needs to bring confidence back e show to his co-workers than this will pass it´s just a bad moment. He takes the responsibilty and tries to make the best choises even when the others people think a litte bit
Managing feedback seems interesting
The conference session i would like to attend is Managing international projects with Alisa Petrov. As a non-native english speaker i often find it difficult to relate with people from other cultures. In this internet era, it is inevitable to connect with others. With growing opportunities it is quite essential to be prolific with communication, be it intercultural. So i think attended this conference would help me in getting better at connecting internationally.
I would like to attend the 'Leading in Uncertain Times' session with Omar Abboud to explore how I can manage my surroundings when facing uncertainty in my job. I also want to maximize my confidence, as there is no escape from these situations. We all need to learn how to deal with them instead of succumbing to anxiety.
The conference session that I'll attend is: 'Developing Creative Thinking in Your Team' with Mariana Silva, because it will help my team think more creatively and explore different ideas that can help them see things in a new way.
Cheng Wei talks about an exciting topic (leading small business) because it will teach us how to improve our business and earn money without being an employee. And absolutely I will attend to any conference talking about this topic.
Leading in uncertain times interest me because in this period in my country there are a lot of problem related with this aspect and many people go to work without enthusiasm.
As a corporate employee i'd like to attend Mariana Silva's conference. I think Developing creative thinking is a basic skill which everyone need to. for me which usually working with procedure and sistematically, creative thinking help to give more perspective for problem solving alternative especially for unusual issue.
Not only for formal occasion, creative thinking also will help us to solve daily problems even if we need to self improvement it can be work.
