Actually I appreciate the whole conference program!, it’s so interesting and in my opinion the employees and managers really value learning these skills. I would like to attend “Managing change” conference because I think it is so crucial to know how to deal with changes in a constantly changing world. It’s also crucial because changes can generate a lot of stress and can affect to interpersonal relationships.
I wanted to attend "Using Storytelling in Leadership Communication" because the discussion was quite interesting, and storytelling is crucial in a team. For example, when we encounter a problem, we can solve it by telling a story, which can help speed up the resolution.
