Mr. Antoine Martin's "Using storytelling in leadership communication" will be the most attractive workshop to me in this conference.  First of all, I will be sober after 1045 coffee break.  Secondly, everyone likes story time.  Last but not the least,  I have been spending my whole life practicing story telling skill.  It's a classical topic in human world. Keeping UP!

Hello,

I would attend in the afternoon programme the stage with Tracey Edwards about "Conflict management" because by managing conflict well can bring about development, the problems between people at work teams or a workmate begin in a complex discussion until grow up like a "forest fire" by means, shout aloud and violence into the office.

As a result, it is important that people know how to manage conflict at work.

I want to attend Managing Change with Akira Yoshida. In the current situation and in the future, we should quickly adapt to change because technology and machines evolve frequently and improve constantly. In my opinion, we should not fear change; instead, we should face it and learn from it. If we can do this, we will be successful in our careers
