I would attend in the afternoon programme the stage with Tracey Edwards about "Conflict management" because by managing conflict well can bring about development, the problems between people at work teams or a workmate begin in a complex discussion until grow up like a "forest fire" by means, shout aloud and violence into the office.
As a result, it is important that people know how to manage conflict at work.

In the current situation and in the future, we should quickly adapt to change because technology and machines evolve frequently and improve constantly. We all are different by nature and it's vital to know how to navigate between different styles and personalities.
