I would love to attend Developing Creative Thinking in your Team with Mariana Silva because creativity is essential to running a business and being an excellent manager, which will boost the success of any company. I'm also not very creative, so I'd attend and appreciate any conference or course that can help me to make my creativity thrive.
I think I will attend the conference Giving feedback with Amelia Novak, because sometimes I do not know how to give a feedback without beeing rude.
I would attend Tracy Edwards conference on Conflict Management, because I consider this topic very important for work teams. Many teams don't know how they can continue work when something goes wrong.
I will take part in the session “Giving Feedback” with Amelia Novak because I have found that I have a problem with giving negative feedback to others. Negative feedback can bring negative emotions, and negative emotions lead to uncomfortable feelings and reduced working quality
I think I'd like to attend Developing creative thinking in your team, because the creative thinking is an important skill since it's a great way to solve problems and develop ideas and projects, also it's this think that makes every person actor in his life not just a viewer.
