As a team leader, it is splendid to know how to deal with management in your work. After reading this paragraph, I've maximized my thinking to deal with challenges every day.
For me it is good to learn something about manage company
this is good topic for improving skills
It was my first day to start in there it is wonder excersize i like it. tese is talk about different ways management, how to giving feedback to workers, how to deal with change and etc.
In my opinion the most interesting lecture at this conference is about giving feedback. It is so important to tell another one when he or she is doing something well or not. Thanks to that this person could improve his or her behaviour.
In general, the program is quite long. If i can choose one of them to attend, i will pick Conflict management. Because of the problem in my business, I spent a lot of time but still resolve. I hope after the conference sessions, I can learn how to manage conflict.
If I can attend one of those sessions, I will attend the management styles, because I want to learn how I can change my management styles in different situations.
All I can say is that I will attend the management areas because the topics mentioned are important for a business. btw, it's my first time practicing on this page.
All the sessions in this conference programme are really interesting, and if I can attend any of them, I'll attend giving feedback, development creative thinking, and conflict management sessions, and definitely I'll attend the coffee break and the lunch 😄.
