I would not attend any of the conferences because I don't believe they are useful. Full of clichees and spending time waste.

I would attend the creative thinking development session because it helps me and other people to see things in a new way. This is also important in uncertain times and can lead to positive changes, can solve problems and bring more self-confidence.

I went many job fair conferences with my friends last year. I wanted to get a job after I've graduated. So I applied curriculum vitae at the related companies in these job fairs. Conferences can make me motivated and knowledgeable. And then some are interesting but some are boring.

Honestly, I think all the conference sessions are interesting . They all offer useful workshops for a leader to learn and improve skills that are essential and crucial to succeed in his job. Usually, I exaggeratedly worry about solving problems and getting out of possible predicaments and therefore I'd select managing conflicts, managing change and leading in uncertain times sessions.

I would attend the conference of LEADING THE TEAM IN UNCERTAIN TIMES because we should motivate junior or inexperience players . The seniors should encourage the young players in team.

I will attend " leading into uncertain times" workshop. If leadership doesn't depend on trust, certainty and confidence, it would lead to mistrust, conflicts and lack of faith. I need this workshop to learn me how to ensure my mates and employees in times of uncertainty. I think I will be benefited from this workshop to a maximum.
