I would like to attend developing your team creative thinking, Because it will help my team to learn how to solve problems effectively
I would attend the conflict Management session with Tracy Edwards. In our daily work, we have to deal with many conflicts between our employer and colleagues. Most people, including me, sometimes do not know how to deal with this problems and It can cause from small problems to big problems. For me, I usually prior my emotions rather than the facts. Therefore, I need to explore the root causes of the problems and this session is deadly needed for me.
If I had to choose to attend of one of these conferences, I think I would attend to Tracy Edwards' one. the conference seems to be interesting and would be perfect for me since it talks about how to manage conflicts in works. I believe it is crucial to learn how to manage witch conflicts in work.

I would like to attend with Akira Yoshia to know how to manage change, because it is an interesting subject for me. I think all of us have some changes, whether in our personal lives or professional lives, and we need to learn that tools, which we can see the positives of change.
