There many interesting conferences but I would join conflict management. Where people work together there will always be conflicts, sooner or later. So it's nothing better to learn how managing conflict right and get development at the same time.

I may attend leading small business as i plan after seven years to withdraw from my career and start my own business , seven years was specifically as in my head that by this time i may gather an amount of money to start my own business
