It would be great to attend the conference "Managing change".
It sounds great when the company or organisation is ready for new challanges and development. It's not a secret that changes pring progress, thus it would be nice to hear how a team might implement something new into the workspace.

I would attend Leading in Uncertain Times. Nowadays we are faced with information explosion which has resulted in Increasing uncertain parameters which shall be considered. So leading in uncertain times is a must.

I would have chosen "Developing Creative Thinking In Your Team" by Mariana Silva, because real success comes from creative ideas. For instance, Edison was successful because he was thinking creatively, and also Einstein was the best physics professor thanks to his creative thinking skills, actually, he still is.

well, I am going to attend with Antoine Martin, who will talk about using storytelling in leadership communication.
about the reasons why I choose it specifically, my supervisor always tells us a good story at the beginning of any meeting that's really impressed me and makes me think about every word she says and focus on the purpose of every task.
