I would start with a formal and friendly opening: I hope you are well, then I explain my situation, and describe why I am seeking your help, ending with thanks for your attention and response.

If I needed help from someone, I would start with a greeting and subject of the problem, I would offer a favor if they agrees for help, and conclude with my email contact.

What should you include in an email asking for help? Firstly, I will introduce to my recipient to Good day, then explain my facing problem, and finally I request for a meeting.
