When I send an email asking for help, I'm careful not to be rude. Especially in business, I will be careful not to give bad impression and not to send uncertain information to person. In addition to that, I'll try to put title the email. By checking the title in advance, they will be able to understand the content of the email more accurately. Moreover, I try to use a polite language in the text of the email. I think it's better to use polite sentences because I ask the other person for help. In order to build a better relationship, I would like to be polite and respectful.

If I send you an email, I will write it so that you are not rude. First of all, I think it is important to put the title together in one word and write it in an easy to understand manner. In addition, the contents should introduce yourself first. It is also important to let others know about you. Then write down the detail you want to request. It's a good idea to set the time, date and place in advance. As a result, you can make arrangements smoothly. At the end, thank you for saying "Thank you".

When I want someone to help me, I make it a rule to ask them if they have time and I don't get help in everything, but I tell them that I'm going to work with them. I think it's important manner to ask someone to help. Of course, we need to explain the reason why we need them help. Them, If they can help me, I always tell my thanksful mind to them. I think if we can do that, we can create good relationship with each other.

Whenever I ask someone for something by email, there is one thing that I am aware of. That is to simply tell the other person things. When you tell something to a person, you must tell only what you want to say, and discard unnecessary information. For example, you first give a brief summary of the content of the email, then convey the specific content and avoid using difficult words. If you don't do this, the recipient of the email will not know what you wanted to convey. And doing this also leads to organizing what you want to convey.

I think the most important thing is to carefully understand the manners and courtesy and write a message that conveys your concern for the other person. Since I have been unable to do this and made the other person feel uncomfortable, I think it is important to check carefully before sending. And write the subject. By writing a brief description of what this is about, you'll save other person time. Then make sure you know who you are and then ask for help and why you need it. If you pay attention to the text and convey your gratitude, I'm sure the other person will help you. On the contrary, if you don't have a humble attitude towards the other person, you will not be able to help.

When I send an email asking for help, I include simple words in the title. Those title must be easy for anyone to understand. And I have to write in few number of words as I can possible. If I don't have no time, I put the word "urgent" in the title. I think the email will stand out and recipient will able to find it quickly. Not only title, but text is also important. It is difficult to understand if the text is long. Important email should only write what I need. When I send an email asking for help, I write in a concise with everything.

If I send Email to asking for help, I had better to write three things in the Email. First one is a clearly title. I think it is very important things. If you have a time to helped another person, you have to explain easy to understand. Title can help to it. Second one is the body. It is most important part in the Email. You must write request’s information, date and so on. People who helping us may not be have a time. So you write In detail and clearly. And last, you most not forget “Thank you”.
