We begin with an assessment session. This is a chance for you to see what we do at Best Body. Our assessment plans are no-cost and no-risk. We'll also make a training plan specifically for you.

STEP TWO: Your training

When you decide to become a Best Body member, we show you what to do, how to do it and why you are doing it. After a few sessions with an expert private trainer you will feel comfortable working out on your own. But don't worry, we'll always be nearby if you have questions.

STEP THREE: Your membership

Hello everyone, I hope you're doing well.
It has been six years since I went to the gym because I wasn’t stable. I changed my city several times, and now I have changed my country. But after reading this text, I think I will start exercising again. It is very beneficial for our health.

Although I enjoy exercising at the gym, I am not currently doing any physical activity. I am aware that exercise is essential for our health, whether it is done at the gym, at home, or outdoors. Any form of daily physical activity is beneficial. However, I believe the gym is a better option because it offers professional instructors, structured training plans, and a variety of facilities.

What would you like most in a gym?

Actually I prefer to work out in home, its more confortable for me, and I'm building with weights, bars, and a training chair a little space to exercise me. But the series and routines that i've known, was learned in a professional gym :P

I go to the gym 5-6 days a week i think it’s mostly overdrawn  but i like time and interesting at the gym a lot , the gym is my favorite place

Unfortunatelly I do not like the gym. In the past I bought a few monthly membership to a gym, but  after a week I left it. What i really like doing is running. Today I ran about 17 kilometres, and this was my longest run ever. I’m going to parcitipate in the event which is  Gdynia’s birthday run. I’m really excited! Wish me luck!

I never go to the gym because I prefer jogging than gym. If I join the gym, I should pay the membership. Although running is free and I can do alone without paying the fee. Just focus on myself and bring my earphones to boost my energy.

I always tried to join a gym, but I failed. I don’t like the atmosphere inside gyms. I know it is important to build muscles and follow a good routine, but I prefer mixing gym exercises with outdoor activities, like running. Since last year, I decided to exercise outdoors instead of going to the gym.

What I like most in a gym is that there is complete equipment, trainers/staff.

To be honest. I have never been to gym. I always do only at my home. But, sometimes I think If I'll go to the gym, I possess the healthy body.Although the fitness gym is nearly located my house and the membership fees isn't expensive, I haven't  adequate time for gym. It is the best thing to do physical exercise in everyday like running, walking even not at the gym.
