We begin with an assessment session. This is a chance for you to see what we do at Best Body. Our assessment plans are no-cost and no-risk. We'll also make a training plan specifically for you.
STEP TWO: Your training
When you decide to become a Best Body member, we show you what to do, how to do it and why you are doing it. After a few sessions with an expert private trainer you will feel comfortable working out on your own. But don't worry, we'll always be nearby if you have questions.
STEP THREE: Your membership
Membership works on a month-to-month basis. There are no sign-up fees and no cancellation fees. Start and stop whenever you want. And the best part? Our fees are the most competitive in the whole downtown area.
STEP FOUR: Your community

Mostly, in a gym I like a punching bag. I'm interested in boxing and this kind of sport makes feel me unusual and encouraged. It helps me to go out of my sad mood, which I have because of breaking-up with my close friend. I express all my rage or sad feelings in strong punches. As for me, it is the best remedy for person, who has a difficult period of life. Do sports, and you will feel better.
Any gyms always have expensive cost that is not suitable for students as me. I can do the exercises at home by myself. However, I don't have fitness plans there are suitable for me. I don't have any experts and morden equipments.Somtimes i feel a little but lazy so i can skip that day for exercise. That means when memberships don't beside me.
Actually, I would like to the most important a fitness but I don't register to the GYM and I think I like to train plan and train session a physical exercise also, I love to get private tutor in the gym.
This GYM is like the GYM in my dream. That's wonderful. I'm saying that because I always wanted a GYM that is open 24/7. In Turkey, GYM arenas usually close on Sunday during the day.
According me, I have ever attended any training in a gym. However, I would like to have in a gym goods equipments; special trainer during my sessions; training plan and any nutrition classes will allow me to reach my goals. Then that program will allow me to reach my goals.
It is fantastic GYM the most important feature that I attract to it is that it never close, which is convenient to me due to I often wake in the night.
honestly it has a lot of advantages such as parking, expert, 24/7 hours working, many Equpment and so on but the most thing i guess is the hours working so i can training any time that suitable for me.
honestly I think healthy life style is not only consists of regular exercising but also healthy nutrition so it would be very good to learn about basic of healthy nutrition as well. social events are good chance to catch up with someone who are in the same interest as you. extra nutrition classes and social events both are including in membership fee.
I always am a fan of doing exercises with body weight, so I don't like to go to the gym. I love doing Yoga exercises and trying some other exercises without any equipment.
I don´t go to the gym. However, If I went to the gym, I would like the dance and art martials classes.
