STEP ONE: Your assessment
We begin with an assessment session. This is a chance for you to see what we do at Best Body. Our assessment plans are no-cost and no-risk. We'll also make a training plan specifically for you.
STEP TWO: Your training
When you decide to become a Best Body member, we show you what to do, how to do it and why you are doing it. After a few sessions with an expert private trainer you will feel comfortable working out on your own. But don't worry, we'll always be nearby if you have questions.
STEP THREE: Your membership
Membership works on a month-to-month basis. There are no sign-up fees and no cancellation fees. Start and stop whenever you want. And the best part? Our fees are the most competitive in the whole downtown area.
STEP FOUR: Your community
At Best Body Fitness, we see everyone as part of a big team. And when you work with a team, you can do great things. Join any of our specialised classes, led by expert instructors. Come to our nutrition classes. Participate in our regular social events. Everything is included in your fee.

What I like most in a gym is that there is complete equipment, trainers/staff.
To be honest. I have never been to gym. I always do only at my home. But, sometimes I think If I'll go to the gym, I possess the healthy body.Although the fitness gym is nearly located my house and the membership fees isn't expensive, I haven't adequate time for gym. It is the best thing to do physical exercise in everyday like running, walking even not at the gym.
Hello for everyone that read my comment. I like dumbbell, runing machine, and wraping and pick up strong weights.
They made it so hard for the people who are lazy and procrastinating the daily exercises and give themselves lots of excuses to escape it.
I know that if I don’t exercise, my weight goes up. It’s important for me to stick to my daily body routine.
Gym isn't my favourite kind of sport. But if I have to choose I would say that type of machines I like the most are cardio machines. I like riding on a bike and running on a treadmill.
To be honest, I never go to the gym, But I think i want to exercise, which makes my body fit and beautiful.
I sometimes go to the gym. I think it is goods for both physical health and mental health specially people who work at offices . I feel very comfortable and eat more after training without fear of gaining weight.

I like to visit the gym, but I don't like when there are a lot of members there. I think you don't need to lie to people around. You wrote: "Easy results – our trainers and equipment give you success, fast". Easy results are fake! You need to work hard every day: with your meals, exercises, mood and others. It's not easy) And it's realy nube marketing to say that people can refund cost. You need to say that the membership of your gym will make a conditions that you won't want to esсape the training)
