STEP ONE: Your assessment

We begin with an assessment session. This is a chance for you to see what we do at Best Body. Our assessment plans are no-cost and no-risk. We'll also make a training plan specifically for you.

STEP TWO: Your training

When you decide to become a Best Body member, we show you what to do, how to do it and why you are doing it. After a few sessions with an expert private trainer you will feel comfortable working out on your own. But don't worry, we'll always be nearby if you have questions.

STEP THREE: Your membership

Membership works on a month-to-month basis. There are no sign-up fees and no cancellation fees. Start and stop whenever you want. And the best part? Our fees are the most competitive in the whole downtown area.

STEP FOUR: Your community

I got the same question wrong, but then I realized that "is open" is a state, meaning the gym is operating. If the sentence says "The gym opens at 4 o'clock in the morning", it would be wrong because "opens" is an action, meaning the gym business starts to operate at 4 o'clock.
My two cents.

I would like the social relationships with other persons doing exercise or the chats with the regulars In the gym, although I think it’s important to do physical exercise regularly and have good nutrition habits, I don’t think the best way to achieve a good fitness is going to a gym, instead of that, I think
we can adopt daily habits like going to work riding a bike or walk to the supermarket and those whom might have one can take care of their gardens by themselves or clean their own houses, most people in my country hire someone else to do those tasks and then spend time in a gym to do exercise.

Exactly gym is necessary for human. But many people say that "i have no time, no money or etc." However people don't think to make effort for own healthy.

Going to the gym brings many benefits for us. First, comfortable time is one of the most reasons why I go to the gym. After working hard with a lot of stress, the gym makes me feel relaxed. I have to worry about the deadline of work or many issues in my life. I only run on the treadmill to release sweating and I can feel my heart bumping so fast. Next, my health can improve by doing exercise. In the past, it was difficult to walk 2 or 3 kilometers per day because it made me tired. I rarely walk on the ladder so I cannot do that. Now, I am confident to walk or climb a small hill since my legs are stronger than it in the past. Finally, I can enlarge our relationship. In the new environment, I can make new friends who have the same habit as me. We can share some tips about doing exercise or encourage each other to go to the gym when we are tired. I think this is a good way to make life more better than

For me, my favorite part is all the classes, like yoga, cross training, bike and so on, because I prefer workout within a team, when everyone works together, we can encourage each other, this competition really works on me.
