I usually attend the training of teacher conferences every year.I would attend G-5 training conference for new circulum next summer.I believe it would be very exciting.

I would like to attend Using storytelling in leadership communication by this way I can be more close to my teamwork and apply each successful story in our workshop.

ı would attend the “giving feedback” to develop my communication skills w my employees to make them and company more successful or maybe the one about creativity

They are all important and I would like to attend all of them.

Easy one.

I would willingly attend the "Developing creative thinking in your team". At all times fresh ideas could give a chance to succeed. We live in a time when only new fresh ideas can single out a person or a company over the rest. It's a key to success to see things in a new way. I believe new approaches are very welcomed in any kind of business. This time it's difficult to amaze customers. That is why it's so important to be creative nowadays.

it was such an helpful information

Thanks, the reading passage is very useful.

I think I would attend the Management Styles conference.
Indeed, I'm convince that there is not just one way of managing people, it's depend on the team you have to lead and I would like to know what kind you can apply based on your team characteristics.

I would like to take part in the Management styles programme and also in the Developing creative thinking in your team programme. Referring to the first programme, I think that everyone acts different, so for me it´s important to be able to manage each kind of behaviour. Talking about the second one, I think that creativity is powerful in many ways, so it would be interesting to get some knowledge about how improve that point.
Cheers from Madrid.
