Here's how it works:

STEP ONE: Your assessment

We begin with an assessment session. This is a chance for you to see what we do at Best Body. Our assessment plans are no-cost and no-risk. We'll also make a training plan specifically for you.

STEP TWO: Your training

When you decide to become a Best Body member, we show you what to do, how to do it and why you are doing it. After a few sessions with an expert private trainer you will feel comfortable working out on your own. But don't worry, we'll always be nearby if you have questions.

STEP THREE: Your membership

Membership works on a month-to-month basis. There are no sign-up fees and no cancellation fees. Start and stop whenever you want. And the best part? Our fees are the most competitive in the whole downtown area.

STEP FOUR: Your community

At Best Body Fitness, we see everyone as part of a big team. And when you work with a team, you can do great things. Join any of our specialised classes, led by expert instructors. Come to our nutrition classes. Participate in our regular social events. Everything is included in your fee.

The most thing that I really liked it was the membership because there are no sign-up fees and no cancellation fees. You can start and stop whenever you want, and also the gym is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

I used to go to the GYM every morning. Now I'm in holidays and trying to give me body same fun and relax.
Unfortunately, the gym not open 24hours. It starts open 6 o'clock am until 23 pm.
In normal day, I prefer training my self in the morning early. In this way I can feel good all the rest of my day. It's weird feeling but amaizing.

I think joining the gym is so important for our health and our physical appearance. Everyone should find time to do exercise at least twice a week. Before I decide which gym to join, I check for some facilities if they are providing. First, the environment in the gym has to be clean and with air condition. It has to have all the necessary equipment in perfect condition and shower.

Each body is different and it requires an especific routine to work in own body, for a esthetic or health thing.
I like assessment sesions and to have an expert private trainer , it must help me to achive my personal body goals

The most I like in a gym is the service by the trainers, because they can help you to learn how to do the excercise in the correct way. Also they know what you really need to achive your goals and they support you in the process.

I don´t like do excercise . But my boyfriend started in boxing classes and Iat the begining I didn´t sure if it was a good idea but now I love it.
The team are very professionals and they enjoy give classes to poeple whitout professional level.
When we were in the midle of COVID , many people lost the job , so this team offered free classes everyone to need it. Specially children that their parents didn´t have job.

I think the best advantage that you can get from gym is our own PT (Personal Trainer). Nowadays, we can just do any workout, anywhere and anytime. But finding a best way to do workout and get a full advice on how to manage our training and nutrition plan are the things that we can’t get just by starting a fitness by our own.

What would you like most in a gym?

Hmm, I think that I want been a seek trainers on a gym with specialist knowledge. I think it beceause, a lot of time I met trainers which has fewer experience and knowledge than me. When I see that trainer I feel not good, because I want been seek person who will inspired me to develop my person and my skills. I wan't be better than instructors because is not good for my skills.

I've been to gym several times in Malaysia during study abroad. I often walked and ran on the treadmill. It was very effective for me to keep fit.

I don't like exercise. I don't really want to do it, but it is necessary for my health. If I do exercise, I want running machine. By using this machine, I can run and walk enough in the room. In addition, I don't have to worry about getting a sunburn.
