How can you prepare for a job interview?
First of all I made a CV, short and honest, then I look for a references. Finally I look for all the information about the company where I would like to apply.

I think the best way for me to prepare a job interview to a job or position I want to apply for, is to research about the company or position, then prepare the CV according with the goals of the job in order to be clear about my strengths to do it if they decide to hire me, so the human resources personal could match my profile with the position without any doubts, in the references I usually mention people who can prove those strengths or matching qualities for the position.

Thanks for the lesson!
