I would like to ask the difference between "pleased to meet you" and "nice to meet you". Many thanks!
Hello nanalee2024,
These are both friendly/polite greetings and there's no difference in meaning. There are lots of similar phrases - s well as 'pleased' and 'nice' you can use 'great', 'good', 'happy' and 'glad', for example.
